If you consider yourself to be a ‘foodie’ then you’re in for a treat; from your front door at 1600 Keele Street, you’re only steps from Subway, A&W, Pizza Nova, King's Chicken, Golden Wheat Bakery Café, and Kokyo Japanese Restaurant. Continue east on Rogers Road and you have St Matthew's BBQ Chicken, North of Brooklyn Pizzeria, Nova Era Bakery, Caloura Bar & Grill, and many other unique restaurants.
Thrift shoppers and lovers of vintage fashion can hunt for gems next door at Value Village. There are no Go Stations or subway stations in the neighbourhood, but residents who use public transit to commute have buses to take them east on Eglinton Ave W for Eglinton West Station and subway lines.
Car owners who commute have a great starting point — head north on Keele and then east on Eglinton for Allen Road, and from there it’s easy to reach the 401.
