Pears on the Avenue is a luxury building with some of the most expensive condos in the city. Very high end features and in the middle of Yorkville neighbourhood. The units are between 500 and 3500 and have great terrace and views of the lake. luxury amenities include gym, pool, movie theatre, yoga studio, and even visitor suites. The place is designed with resident lifestyle and guest comfort in mind, so you definitely get what you pay for.
