One Park Place North Tower / Reviews

As a first-time buyer, I wanted something modern but not overpriced in 2025 standards. One Park Place hit that balance. The finishes are quite decent and the common areas always feel well maintained. The gym is better than most condo gyms I’ve seen really - spacious and well equipped.

This is honestly one of the best managed buildings I’ve lived in. The concierge is friendly, maintenance is quick and the building is always clean. The gym, basketball court and lounge are a huge bonus - you get a lot of amenities for a reasonable monthly fee.

Moved here from a condo even more downtown and don’t miss the chaos. One Park Place is quieter, more spacious and has a strong community feel. There's a new community centre next door, plus groceries and streetcar steps away. Super convenient without the cost of it being too busy.

Mixed feelings. The unit itself is nice and the amenities are above average, but I’ve dealt with a few elevator issues and some loud neighbours. The area is definitely getting better, but it's still a bit rough around the edges in places.

I’ve been renting here for about a year and it’s been a solid experience. The layouts are efficient and so bright not to mention the views from the higher floors are impressive. Everything else runs pretty smoothly

Location is hit or miss depending on your expectations. It’s affordable for what you get and there's a lot of promise in the area, but I still feel a bit wary walking around late at night. Inside the building though, it’s clean and secure.

Living at One Park Place has been great overall. The Regent Park neighbourhood is constantly improving. Tons of green space, a community vibe and close transit access to pretty much anywhere you need to go. Some noise from the street on lower floors, but nothing too disruptive.

Love the energy of the neighborhood. Between the new aquatic centre, art spaces and community events in the park, there’s always something going on. The building itself is well built with thoughtful amenities and solid soundproofing. I’d definitely recommend it to young professionals or couples looking to enter the market.

Lived here for two years thus far and it has been wonderful. Revitalized Regent Park offers new shops, parks and community hubs. Close to Dundas Square and full of growth and community spirit.

Reliable builder with responsive management. Convenient location for restaurants, rentals and banks. Community is improving. Elevator issues are a downside.

Amazing amenities: gym, saunas, basketball, squash courts, yoga studio and more. Convenient downtown location with great views and easy DVP access.

Excellent transit access and walkable to all the businesses in the area. Great concierge service. Elevator issues, but management responds quickly. Overall happy to call this place home.
