It’s a quiet building with mostly long-term residents which I like. Some parts of the common areas could use a refresh, but security is solid and the neighbourhood feels safe. Good value for the space.

Older building but well maintained. The units are much more spacious than what you find in newer condos and yet the condo fees are reasonable. Location is great if you need quick access to STC or the 401.

Quiet, family-friendly complex in a safe neighborhood with good schools. Easy access to the 401, Scarborough Town Centre, and local transit. Minimal traffic too.

This is an excellent property, just 2 min walk to Whitehaven public school , Bus-stop TTC, 2 min to STC and 401 HWY and above all 2 min to New upcoming subway which will connect to Kennedy and rest of Toronto and Kipling till Missisuaga. This property is surrounded by good food joints, centennial college close by. The building is equipped with Large Living room, Bedrooms, insuite Laundry , storage room and large kitchens , if you are lucky to find a property in ground floor no hassle of elevator as it has a Backyard bigger than corridor and it feels like detached property no need of spending 1.3 million for detached property space for child play area and quiet and calm. We don’t find condos as huge as this building. Excellent investment for those who purchase as property value will triple with New Subway Mccowan and Sheppard. The hydro is also less as it is centralized so the amount is less ,compared to other condos which results in $250 considering the heating and cooling machine within the unit.
