    The name might imply a spiritual and pious existence, but we could never blame residents who purchase Toronto condos for sale at the St. Leslieville Church Lofts after lusting over their hard loft appeal. With an original (and sacred) structure that dates all the way back to 1913, a former a house of worship is now a set of homes deserving of devotion.

    Distinctive Gothic Revival exterior elements have of course been preserved, such as the Lancet windows — tall, thin, and regal, these take their name for their similar shape to a knight’s lance. While industrial conversions boast exposed, raw elements, homes sculpted from former churches are celebrated for stylistic items such as these unique windows, as well as vaulted ceilings. To put modern homeowners at ease, these windows and others throughout the building have been treated in the conversion process in order to maximize energy efficiency.
