Love this building. It has solid soundproofing and the maintenance fees include a lot. I’ve watched the neighbourhood grow over the years, but this place has stayed peaceful.

I’m renting here while attending Seneca and it’s been really convenient. The building isn’t flashy, but it’s clean and the unit is surprisingly big. Also easy to get around with transit nearby.

I’ve lived here for several years and it’s been a dependable, quiet building. The units are spacious compared to newer condos and the area always feels safe. Maintenance has kept the building in decent shape for its age.

Decent building, but elevators have been slow lately and the hallways feel dated. On the plus side, the views from upper floors are great and there’s a lot of green space around.

You won’t find many condos with this much square footage at this price point. I appreciate how quiet the building is and how the board manages things. Definitely feels more community-oriented than a lot of newer towers.

The location is convenient - close to Seneca College and Fairview Mall - but the building is older and it shows in some places. Common areas could use some updating, though the unit sizes are generous.

Picked up a unit here as a long-term hold. The demand for rentals near Seneca is steady and this building has proven to be a reliable choice. Not the newest, but it’s solid and well-situated.
