Living here has been solid. The building has a more mature crowd (which I prefer.) Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the lobby always looks sharp.

Nice views and decently sized units, but the elevators can be frustrating during peak times. Security is helpful, and the concierge team is professional. Wish the common areas got cleaned more regularly.

Honestly love it here. I’ve rented in a few downtown buildings and this one has been the most reliable. My unit is quiet and the pool and squash courts are the cherry on top. Zero complaints.

Location is super convenient - close to Union, the waterfront and the Financial District. The amenities are extensive, though the gym gets pretty busy after work hours. Great if you’re working downtown.

The staff is generally friendly, though a few are a bit reserved. Overall the building meets my expectations.
Built by Pinnacle International in 2011, the Success Tower is a landmark in Toronto's Skyline. The condo has two addresses, 18 Harbour and 16 Harbour. The lobby at 18 Harbour is shared with 33 Bay St. Meanwhile, 16 Harbour has a separate lobby. Along with being in the same condo corporation, they also share the same tower, but the units at 18 Harbour go up to the 32nd floor; meanwhile, the units at 16 Harbour are from the 33rd floor and above to the 54th.
A variety of amenities is shared between the four towers, which keeps maintenance fees low at $0.73/sqft compared to other condos in the area at $0.86/sqft. The majority of units in the building are efficient and well laid out.
Some of the drawbacks of this building:
- North-facing units look directly onto the Gardiner
- There is no visitor parking in the building
