This condo building is well-managed and offers excellent quality. Located in the heart of Yorkville, it’s just steps from Bay Subway Station and surrounded by some of the world’s top luxury brand boutiques.

It’s a stylish building in a prime location but I expected more from the amenities. The gym is decent but not as large as I thought it would be. Still a good place to live, just not perfect.

This checks all the boxes. Strong rental interest, especially from professionals working nearby. Units are well designed and the building has a timeless, upscale look that holds its value.

I’ve been renting here for about a year. The location is obviously a highlight; steps to luxury shopping, the subway and great restaurants. The only downside is that traffic and noise can get heavy during events or weekends, but that’s Yorkville for you.

Everything I hoped for! It’s tucked right into the heart of Yorkville but still feels private and peaceful. The building is well maintained and secure. All I could ask for.

I lived here for a year, and it wasn’t a great experience. The fire alarms would go off almost weekly, and the elevators were frequently out of service. On top of that, management didn’t seem to care much about residents’ concerns, which made things even more frustrating.
