Been living here for a few years now. Solid building overall. Good soundproofing, quiet neighbours and the maintenance team responds quickly. My only complaint would be the elevators - they’re a little slow and occasionally out of service.

Absolutely love it here. The building is always calm and feels private, yet you’re right near Yonge + Finch. My unit has a great layout and I’ve had zero issues with noise. Concierge is polite and quick to help when needed. Definitely one of the better maintained older condos in the area.
