Living by the water is great, but the building's a bit older and some of the finishes reflect that. Still, the value is good for what you get. Great for runners or cyclists with the trail right outside your door.

The lake views are incredible - waking up to that skyline over the water never gets old. It's a quieter area which I love, but still close enough to get downtown quickly. The building is clean and fairly well maintained. Only downside is a bit of traffic noise from Lakeshore, but that’s expected here.

Fantastic building with caring concierge, excellent management and a safe environment. Strict but fair property management ensures safety and maintenance in an unbeatable location.
