The unit itself is fine but I've had issues with the building management being unresponsive at times. Also the mailroom is a week spot; so crammed and packages are sometimes misplaced. The location is good though, cant deny that!

Purchased a unit as an investment and it's been a solid choice. The location is central to downtown Toronto, so units tend to rent quickly and the maintenance fees are reasonable considering what's included.

Moved in recently and love it here. The building has a vibrant community feel and the nearby parks and green spaces are a bonus.

Living here has been a dream. The building is clean, secure and the staff are friendly. I love the amenities, especially the rooftop terrace and the private courtyard. The location is perfect, close to everything I need.

The unit we're renting is spacious with modern finishes, but the elevators can be slow during peak hours. Also, maybe it's just me, but the HVAC maintenance is a little too frequent for no reason??

The lake views from my unit are breathtaking. The building's amenities, like the indoor pool and fitness center, are S-tier. Being steps away from High Park and the waterfront trail is a huge plus.

While the views are stunning, I've had issues with noise from neighbouring units. The walls seem thin.. The building is new, but some areas could use better soundproofing.

I’ve lived here since day one. Despite early challenges, I love the location and breathtaking views. Walking distance to Humber Bay, Bloor West, and High Park.

Amenities are great—pool, gym, lifts, and garbage chutes all work well. The building’s finishes are top-notch, and a pharmacy and dentist just opened. Concierge staff is friendly and accommodating!
