Nice building overall, but it’s starting to show some wear. Hallways feel a bit dark and elevators can be frustratingly slow. The actual unit is lovely though and the location is stellar. Security staff is friendly and I always feel safe.

Absolutely love living here. Direct indoor access to Sheppard-Yonge is a huge perk, especially in winter. The amenities are well kept, the concierge is courteous and the whole complex has a modern, upscale feel. Feels like true city living.

Rented a one-bedroom here for two years so far. Layout is efficient and the building had solid soundproofing. Location-wise, it’s almost unbeatable. Having Whole Foods downstairs is dangerous for my wallet but great for convenience. Great place if you're working in midtown and don’t want to live downtown. Management was responsive the few times I needed them.

Transit, groceries, restaurants all right downstairs. That's what I call perfect.

I looked at a few listings in this building last fall. It’s a large, dense complex but it didn’t feel chaotic inside. The units I saw had modern finishes and were decently sized, though a bit pricey per square foot. What kept it high on my list was the transit access (subway literally at your feet) and the amenities.

I’ve rented out a one-bed unit here since 2018. High demand, easy to fill and great tenants throughout. Maintenance fees are a little steep, but the value is clearly there.

Been living here for over five years and still think it’s one of the best buildings in the area. I barely have to go outside in the winter - between the direct subway access and Whole Foods it’s all right here. The management team is proactive, the building is clean and my neighbours are respectful. There’s a real mix of owners and renters, but it’s generally quiet and friendly. The party room and rooftop space are actually usable and I’ve even booked the boardroom a few times for remote work. It’s not a cheap building to live in, but you definitely get what you pay for. My only complaint is street noise from Sheppard can be a lot if your unit faces south.

Felt like a hotel with the concierge and the sleek lobby. Impressed overall and will consider offers and availability soon.

I’m a new buyer here, and I love the area. The walking distance to everything is perfect, and everything I need is nearby. However, I wish the price per square foot was a bit lower.
