The suite was bright and had a functional layout, though on the smaller side. The building's amenities are S tier and the location is unbeatable because they're so close to parks, transit and downtown attractions. The only concern is the price point, which seems high for the size.

From the jump the lobby is sleek and welcoming and the common areas are well maintained. The location is convenient with shopping and dining options nearby. It seems like a vibrant community! I'd love to be a part of it.
