Units look great in photos but the finishings weren’t quite what I hoped for in person. Still not a bad option if you're prioritizing convenience over luxury.

The location is solid especially if you like having shops and restaurants within walking distance. Sometimes gets a bit noisy on weekends, but it’s totally manageable.

Smooth as ever experience as a landlord so far. My tenant has had no major complaints and communication with building staff has actually been better than expected compared to some other points in my portfolio.

Love the huge floor to ceiling windows. Natural light alllll day, which makes a huge difference when you work from home like me.

I thought the building felt way more upscale than I expected. Lobby was clean, elevators were quick and the unit had a really smart layout. I'm interested in getting in here ASAP

I own a spacious one-bedroom condo here and love it! Great views, food, and entertainment. The location’s perfect—close to highways, Yorkdale, downtown, and pet-friendly too.
