Moved in expecting basic and got unexpectedly comfy. My unit has that old school layout. It's not pretending to be trendy, it just works.

My parents live here and I visit weekly. Buildings super clean, elevators don’t creak and the community vibe is sweet. If you’re into quiet evenings and gigantic living rooms, this is the spot.

Moved in expecting meh and got “oh wow.” Security is so friendly, walls are thick and location is CLUTCH.

Lived here during uni and came back post-grad because you can’t beat the square footage-to-rent ratio. I work remote, so the sunroom has become my office/vibe zone. Only downside: lobby décor hasn’t changed since Y2K but honestly that’s part of the charm.

Been here four years and have zero complaints. Elevators work, the garbage chute doesn’t smell weird and the board actually answers emails (wild)

Best location! Spacious master with large walk-in closet, en-suite laundry, two full bathrooms, and a bay window. Love it!
