The building is quiet and you can tell many residents have lived here a long time. That said, some of the units are showing their age, especially in the kitchens. Location is the real selling point - you can't beat the proximity to basically everything under the sun. It feels safe too and management seems to stay on top of maintenance.

It's located in one of the most convenient parts of North York. You're steps from the subway, groceries, restaurants, even a library. The layout of my unit is smart - not a lot of wasted space and the windows let in great natural light. The amenities aren't flashy but they're practical and usually not overcrowded. Security is polite and responsive. Great value in a central location!

I toured a unit here recently and liked the layout, but the common areas felt a bit dated. The lobby could use an update. However the location is ideal and the views from the higher floors are impressive. It’s clear the building is cared for and there’s a sense of stability here that you don’t always feel in newer developments.

I’ve lived here for over a decade and have no plans to leave anytime soon. The building runs smoothly, the neighbours are friendly and management has been consistent. We rarely have issues with elevators or garbage - things just WORK. The area has only gotten better over the years with new businesses popping up around the corner. It’s not the newest building on the block, but it’s the most reliable.

Love living here! The location is perfect, right by the subway. The amenities like the gym, pool and concierge are awesome. Everything’s close and the building’s clean and maintained.
