Best locaiton and views, so close to my work. To my chagrin the sometimes cleanliness leaves something to be desired and the elevators are iffy. Some good and some bad experiences with the concierge/management

The unit is clean and functional, but nothing fancy. Some common areas feel dated and the elevators can be a bit slow. It's all about location here at the end of it all - you’re close to everything.

Excellent location! Mere steps to the Eaton Centre and subway. The units are older but spacious and the building is surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of downtown. Great option for professionals working nearby.

It’s been fantastic. Staff is courteous, the building feels secure and access to Path and transit is unbeatable. Very low-maintenance living in the heart of the city.

I am not the biggest fan of the Pantages Tower, and I usually advise my clients to avoid it. The resident lobby is connected to the Pantages hotel lobby and is only separated through a glass window.
Pros of the buildings:
- Maintenance fees are low relative to other condos on Victoria St
- Most units in the building have great views
- The location of this condo is convenient, especially for nurses and those who work in the surrounding area
Drawbacks:
- Elevator wait times can be horrible; the building doesn't have as many elevators as it should (Only three elevators for 408 units and 44 storeys)
- The building lacks amenities; it only has a party room
- Short-term rentals are allowed; the building can feel a lot like a revolving door
