Location is unreal, but the interior finishes are dated in some suites. You’re paying for space and waterfront access, not the flashiest countertops. If you value charm over trend, this one’s worth a look.

Surprised by how quiet and private it felt. The building has a bit of an old-school luxury feel in the marble, arches and detailed trim. Very different from the glass boxes going up today.

The views are stunning, especially from the upper floors. My unit faces the marina and it still takes my breath away. Building is older, but extremely well built and very quiet. A solid long-term home.

Living here honestly feels like you’re in a European coastal town: classic architecture, right on the water, super peaceful vibe. I walk the lakefront trail every morning. It’s a lifestyle, not just a condo.

This building's been a strong performer. Tenants are stable, the building is respected and the area continues to grow. Proximity to Humber Bay, transit and downtown is a huge plus.

It’s been great. The lobby has an old-world elegance and the management has been responsive the few times I’ve needed them. No complaints, I plan to stay.

Not your cookie-cutter tower. Grand Harbour has personality!! I downsized here and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The units are generously sized and the community feels established and friendly.
