Love it here! I work in Markham so the commute is super easy. My balcony overlooks a park and it actually feels peaceful. The building is kept clean and my neighbors are respectful. Can’t ask for much more.

Been here for almost a year now. The area is surprisingly quiet, especially considering how close it is to Hwy 7 and major shops. The layouts are functional and the maintenance fees are reasonable. Not flashy, but dependable.

Moved in as a first-time buyer and I’m happy with it so far. There’s a mix of owners and renters, which sometimes shows in how people treat shared spaces, but overall it’s a calm and convenient spot.

Honestly it feels a bit tired. Common areas could use an update and the walls are thinner than I expected. You can hear conversations from the hallway pretty clearly. Location’s convenient though - if you drive.

Nice, quiet building with respectful management. Great west-side view, friendly concierge, and security staff who address issues promptly.
