I bought here as an investment years ago and have kept the unit rented consistently since. It's not a luxury building, but it’s solid. Good value and surprisingly quiet considering the location right on Eglinton. Property management has been responsive when needed and the new transit developments nearby only help. Definitely a good long-term hold in my books.
