About 25 Lower Simcoe Street — Infinity IV Condos
The Infinity 4 Condos, completed in 2014, offers elegant design to a prime location, 25 Lower Simcoe Street. The last of what may be called a lineage — following the success of Infinity I Condos, Infinity II Condos, and Infinity III Condos — these condos uphold the Infinity Complex's high standards of comfort and style.
The work done by E.I. Richmond Architects on this 16-storey condo is superb. Efficiently using the space, these traditional condos add a sophisticated residential complement to bustling excitement of the Core. On the towers, the long balconies handsomely punctuate the blue shimmer of the building’s large glass window panels. At ground level, the building's concrete base signals the enduring elegance of these residences.
Inside, the Infinity 4 Condos’ lobby, inspired by the most lavish hotels, provides 24-hour concierge service. That service along with the lobby's grand waterfall make coming home remarkably peaceful.
Living at 25 Lower Simcoe means access to the Infinity Complex’s amenities — all top-notch. Have a seat and relax in the library, or on the tanning decks. Have some friends come to enjoy the lounge or the billiards room. Stretch your muscles out in the pool, or work them out in the state-of-the-art exercise facilities — after either spend some time in the sauna.
The building amenities are meant to give even the busiest city lifestyle’s an easy way to unwind. Still, if residents need to get some business done, the condo’s business centre is mighty convenient.
The Suites
The 298 downtown Toronto condos at the Infinity 4 Condos attract many, but especially young professionals and couples. They begin at one bedroom and go up to two bedrooms plus den. Cooks will love the timeless granite countertops and the self-cleaning stainless steel range. The Energy Star refrigerator and dishwasher are both also stainless steel, as is the microwave over the range.
The Neighbourhood
There's always something to do when you live in City Centre. In the Princess of Wales and Royal Alexandra Theatres, the most successful touring shows perform. Though primarily housing the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Mendelssohn Choir, Roy Thomson hall hosts musicians from around the world. Even the Metro Toronto Convention Centre hosts concerts and events that will surely spark residents’ curiosity. All of these places are just a short walk away in the Entertainment District.
Residents of the Infinity IV will also love living so close to the Lakeshore. Among the many cultural venues here, art lovers will enjoy exploring the Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery. It exhibits some of the most daring international artists, for free. The Gallery also hosts some massive parties, like the chic Power Ball, always one of the most ambitious — and fun — fundraising events in the city.
Also at the Lakeshore, residents will find the Sobeys Urban Fresh. Their large selection of groceries is conveniently less than five minutes from home. If they forget anything, luckily there is Longo's around the corner in Maple Leaf Square where they can find all the essentials.
