Six months in and we love the spacious layout of our unit and the natural light from the large windows. The building is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the occasional noise from the street, but it's manageable.

What a spot! The location is unbeatable: close to downtown, with easy access to public transit and the waterfront. The building offers excellent amenities like a great gym and pool. My unit is modern and well maintained. Overall fantastic place to live

The unit is comfortable and the amenities are satisfactory. But I really find the corridors a bit narrow and the ceilings lower than expected. It's a decent place, but there are areas for improvement.

I've been renting here for a year. The location is convenient and the building has decent amenities. Can't lie though the elevators are often slow and the walls between units are a bit thin.. you can hear your neighbors at times. It's a mixed bag, but the proximity to downtown makes up for some of the shortcomings.

As an investor, Icon I has been a solid choice. The units are in high demand due to the prime location and quality construction. Tenants appreciate the amenities and the convenience of being close to the financial district. The building has held its value well over the year
