The hallways need an update but the unit layouts are excellent. It’s the kind of place that grows on you- quiet, not showy, but steady.

The balcony view was green and open, not blocked in like a lot of places around here. Building had this sort of lived-in personal feel that stood out.

This building has such a calm vibe. You’re close to the DVP and Sheppard station but somehow it still feels tucked away. Noticed a lot of original owners still living here, which always says something.

No short-term chaos, no party noise. Just a respectful community. Exactly what I was looking for after bouncing around bigger, busier towers..

One word point blank: under-freaking-rated.

I rent out a one-bdrm here. Never had trouble filling it, location sells itself. Most tenants have stuck around past a year, which is saying something in this atrocious market!

Bought pre-con and never regretted it. The building’s held up well and management doesn’t nickel and dime over every little thing.

Best condo I’ve lived in! Luxurious unit, friendly concierge and subway just a minute away. Overall an amazing place to call home.
