It’s been a smooth experience. My unit faces the back so it’s quieter than you'd expect given how central it is. Concierge is on the ball and packages always arrive without issue.

Great for young professionals or students who want to be downtown. The unit is small but the layout makes good use of space. Sometimes the common areas feel a bit too busy, but that's downtown life for you.

The building has a slick clean feel without trying too hard. Loved the vibe!! Might not be for families, but for solo living downtown it’s kind of ideal.

Bought here pre-con and rented it out since closing. Never had trouble finding tenants. It appeals to students and people who work at the hospitals nearby. Vox may not be flashy, but it delivers!

Solid location but not the quietest building. I hear hallway traffic more than I’d like and the gym can get cramped in the evenings. That said, it’s super walkable and the suite finishes are still holding up well.

You really can’t beat being right at Wellesley STN. I don’t even keep a car anymore. My unit’s compact but bright and I’ve found the residents to be respectful and mostly professionals or grad students.

As a first-time buyer, I wanted something low-maintenance and close to everything; this checks every box. The finishes are modern and the massive windows make the space feel bigger than it is.

Location, location, location. I work at UofT and walk to campus in under 10 minutes. The building feels safe and the amenities are just enough (nothing excessive but all well maintained) Zero regrets buying here.

This condo is amazing! Friendly concierge, excellent property management and a top-notch cleaning team. The building is always clean, staff really makes it a great place to live.

I’m happy here. Friendly staff, fast elevators and great location. It can feel sketchy at night though.

The entrance is unassuming but impressive, with fine art and high-quality details throughout. Great views, friendly concierge, and a prime location beside the subway. A hidden gem in downtown Toronto.
