One Park Lane I Condos / Reviews

Good security, lots of long-term residents and the elevators aren’t always down like in other places I’ve lived. I use the gym often and the rooftop is a great place to read or just catch a break from the city rush.

Honestly it’s the quiet that sold me. For a place this central, you don’t get much noise. You can walk to Chinatown, Queen West, even the PATH all within minutes.

What stands out most here is how livable it is. The units have real space - wide living rooms, storage, even proper foyers. It doesn’t feel crammed in like most newer builds. The area has everything you need and St. Patrick station is just across the street.

I didn’t expect this much space in a downtown condo. It’s an older building but you can tell the structure is solid. I like being steps from the AGO and OCAD - it feels like you’re actually in the city and not just above it.

This is one of those buildings where you kind of forget how close you are to everything. The lobby feels a bit retro but that’s part of the charm. You’ve got a pool, a small fitness space and plus the rooftop views are incredible. The people in the building are actually friendly - not something you always find downtown.

I absolutely love living here! The space is great, amenities are fantastic and the residents are all friendly. The location is perfect, just steps from Eaton Centre, Chinatown and right next to St. Patrick.

The place is very clean and the security run a tight ship. What more can you ask for
