We already know that residents of Radio City don&rsquo;t have to go far for culture: the ballet is literally just downstairs. That rare mix of space and location. The units are well designed and the views - especially facing south - are beautiful. It’s an older building compared to newer glass towers, but it’s solid. Definitely has character.

It’s stylish and the lobby feels artsy. The elevators were a bit slow though... and the surrounding area isn’t always the quietest. Depends on what you’re looking for - it’s more downtown grit than polish.

The unit I saw had cool finishes, but some signs of wear. It’s an older mid2000s build and it shows in the hallways. On the plus side, it’s close to groceries, transit and Allan Gardens.

Cool layout, lots of light and the ceilings are higher than average. The location’s awesome if you like the village vibe. A bit of noise on weekends, but that’s the tradeoff for being close to nightlife and transit.
