Been here for almost a year now. The building is sleek and modern, you can’t beat the location by the lake. My unit is quiet and the balcony is perfect for a morning coffee. It’s pricey though, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re on a budget.

The location is amazing and the views are spectacular, but the building feels like it’s a little underwhelming in terms of amenities. It’s nice (don't get me wrong) but I was expecting a bit more after all the hype.

My family and I moved into a two bedroom unit here and it’s been great. Spacious, modern finishes and a friendly community. My kids love the pool and it’s a short walk to the ferry terminal for weekend trips. It’s quieter than I expected for a building so close to the waterfront.

It’s got that modern luxury vibe and proximity to the water thats unbeatable. I spend most weekends walking along the lake or grabbing coffee from nearby cafes. The concierge is always friendly and I’ve had zero issues since I moved in.

I moved in a few months ago and so far I’m loving it. The views from the rooftop are incredible, especially at sunset. It’s right by the water which is perfect for my evening walks. I do wish the gym had a bit more equipment though.

Honestly a little disappointed with the building. It looks great on the outside but I’ve had a couple of maintenance issues that took a while to resolve. The location is convenient but I expected more from the amenities given the price point.

Can’t complain about the location. You’re steps away from work, great restaurants and entertainment. I’m happy overall!

The location is great, but I’m not sure I’d recommend this building to friends. The walls are thin and you can hear a lot of noise from your neighbours. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but definitely something to consider before moving in.

Great view! Possibly the only building this close to the lake while still being conveniently near the financial district and downtown core, without being too old. Great place for walks, families, good management, and excellent amenities.

Gorgeous architecture and serene water views. Quiet neighbors, but some minor noise from Queens Quay. Worth it for the tranquility

Fantastic amenities—indoor/outdoor pools and sauna. Walking distance to everything, though elevators sometimes slow during busy hours. Great experience overall.

Beautiful waterfront views and modern design! Love the pools and gym, but visitor parking gets tight during weekends. Still recommend.
