Lived here for 3 plus years. The concierge is always friendly and attentive, the pool is great in summer and the gym has a squat rack and bench.

Toured a unit recently... loved the floor-to-ceiling windows and how much natural light came in. The building feels stylish but the lobby was a bit busier than I expected. Still on the fence, but it’s definitely on my list.

The location puts you right in the middle of the Entertainment District, but once you’re inside it’s surprisingly quiet. The finishes in the unit are sleek and the amenities are well kept.
