Pretty happy overall! Balcony is much larger than expected and the layout uses every square inch so well. My only gripe is how warm the corridors get in summer... global warming I guess.

Love how connected everything is down here. Union Station is right there, the waterfront is a quick walk and the building’s surprisingly quiet considering the location.

Solid place to invest. Rent cash flow stays strong in this area and turnover isn’t particularly high. Building management is quite responsive which helps a lot in my day to day.

Bit of a maze getting around the interconnected towers at first, but you get the hang of it in time. The concierge team is quite friendly and on top of things regarding minor issues in the building

When I first moved in I was worried it would feel too busy down here, but the building itself has a calm vibe. Elevators are usually quick and the staff at the desk are on a first-name basis with half the residents. I’ve been in a few other units here and the layouts vary, but most are efficient and bright. You do hear the Gardiner a bit on lower floors, but it’s more of a hum than anything disruptive. Maintenance requests get handled reasonably fast - nothing’s ever lingered. I’ve had two different tenants in my second unit and both stayed longer than their lease, which says something. Underground access to Union and the PATH in winter is a lifesaver. I’m not big on extras like saunas or party rooms so I can’t comment, but for a downtown condo this one checks the right boxes.

Honestly didn't expect much out of this showing but I ended up loving how tucked away it feels despite being right in the thick of downtown.

Decent space, but the hallways feel dated. Not a dealbreaker, just kind of bland. The unit itself was clean and bright though.

One of the best buildings downtown. Spacious unit, great build quality and well-maintained amenities. The full-size pool is a highlight. Truly a fantastic place to live!
