The lobby is modest but always tidy. Elevators fast. Management communicates well. All these little things make a huge difference.

Really enjoying my unit here. Natural light is great in the mornings and the layout is so intentional and functional. Was surprised how quiet it is given the location.

I toured the building with my partner a few months ago. Staff were polite and we liked the way the units were laid out: practical, no awkward angles. We're keeping this place in mind for our next move.

As a landlord I’ve had no issues finding tenants in this building. Literally I’ve had zero maintenance issues reported. Solid investment so far!

Hallway carpets are already showing wear and tear. Not a huge deal, but can't say it's not noticeable. Hoping they get addressed soon..

The walls could be a bit thicker. I can hear hallway noise sometimes, but not enough to regret moving here.

Underrated building. The area is getting better year by year! Feels like a good time to get in.

Excellent location! School, restaurants, Costco and a TTC stop are all close by, plus quick access to the 401 and 404.
