The location is everything here: walk to groceries, the cinema, restaurants, even the library without stepping outside. My only minor gripe is that the lobby could use a refresh, but the rest of the building is very well managed.

It feels like one of those rare condo buildings that still has some character. Not overly modern, but spacious, bright and in the middle of everything. Definitely am interested

It’s a decent building but a few things feel dated. The appliances in our unit were original and needed replacing and the hallway carpets are showing age. That said, maintenance fees are reasonable and the location is top-tier.

Lots of retirees in the building, very quiet and security is attentive. Love the indoor access to shopping and no need to worry about winter sidewalks.

I have no plans to leave. The direct access to Empress Walk and the subway is unbeatable, especially in winter. Units are generously sized and you can tell this was built with quality in mind.

This condo offers a luxurious entrance and direct access to Empress Walk shopping mall, making it a prime location. I prefer it over the sister building at 8 Hillcrest.
