Honestly, the location of the building is great. However, the units are OLD, AC/Heater is VERY VERY loud it wakes up everyone in the middle of the night. The building itself is very old and has a lot of issues. People that work in the building are very nice but honestly thats about it.  

Lack of amenities, old appliances, old units, slow elevators, lot of appliance issues doesnt make it worth living in the building
