Sterling Club II Condos / Reviews

Moved here after downsizing from a house and I’m very comfortable. The unit is bright, quiet and has a great layout. The amenities are simple but useful, I like that it doesn’t feel too busy or crowded.

I bought a unit here for the square footage and it did not disappoint. You won’t find this kind of space in newer builds. Management is responsive and the residents tend to be respectful and community-oriented.

We were looking for something with space and a quieter atmosphere- this building fits the bill. The balcony view is great and there's a relaxed vibe that’s hard to find in newer condos.

It's been a very stable quiet place to call home. The units are spacious and well-built and the neighbourhood has everything you need close by. It’s an older building but it’s really well taken care of.

May not be flashy, but the units rent out reliably. It’s a good building for an investor looking for consistency over high turnover.
