Bought here a few years back and still love the decision. The building’s well maintained, concierge staff are helpful and the amenities are solid. You really can’t beat the location - tucked away just enough from Bloor to be quiet, but close enough to walk everywhere.

Solid place to live if you want to be close to everything but not overwhelmed by noise. I’m a student at UOT and the location is perfect - steps from the subway, cafes and groceries. My unit is compact but functional. Elevators can be a bit slow at times but not a dealbreaker.
