More like a resort! From the outdoor pool to the pet grooming room, the amenities cater to a variety of lifestyles. The location is unbeatable with its easy access to trails, parks and the city.

Living at Key West has been a delight. The statement windows offer stunning views of Lake Ontario and the spacious layouts make the units feel open and airy.

The building has serious potential, but there are areas for improvement. Noise from nearby construction can be disruptive and some amenities aren't always available. Hopefully these issues will be addressed soon!

I moved here recently and am impressed by the quality of the units. The windows are huge and let in plenty of light! The rooftop terrace is a great spot to relax and enjoy the view, one of the real stars of the show.

While the units are well designed and the views are beautiful, I've experienced some issues with noise from neighbouring units. Additionally the parking garage can be tight and challenging to navigate. Management is responsive, but there's room for improvement.

Bought a 43rd-floor unit with 10-foot ceilings—bright, spacious, and incredible views! Huge windows make it feel even more open. Thrilled with my investment and have no regrets.

Stunning views of Mimico River and the city. Clean, quiet with excellent maintenance. Parking is limited, but the experience is otherwise wonderful.

Love my unit and the amenities! Close to lakefront trails, Metro and Shoppers. Management is great, though the parking garage design could be improved. Overall a fantastic place!
