I've been renting here for over a year and it's been great. The views from the higher floors are amazing, especially at night. The staff are helpful and the building always feels secure. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores and cafes within walking distance too it's super convenient.

It’s a solid midrise building in a fastly growing area. Not overly flashy, but the maintenance is good and the vibe is friendly. Perfect for first-time buyers or renters who want to be close to downtown without paying King West prices.

Good value for the location. You're steps from Liberty Village and King ST W with easy streetcar access. The units are compact but functional and the amenities like the gym and party room are upkept. It’s a lively area, expect some street noise at times.
