Feels more like a boutique hotel than a condo. Sleek lobby, fast elevators and solid amenities. Only complaint so far is that deliveries sometimes get backed up.. but that’s probably just growing pains as people move in.

Everything I wanted in a downtown condo. You're surrounded by restaurants, nightlife and it still feels private once you're inside. Loving it here so far.

Fantastic spot. My unit is compact but well laid out and the finishes are so upscale! Rooftop views are stunning. Concierge has been helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend to other young professionals.

Unit is beautiful and has amazing light, but guest parking is basically nonexistent. Tough if you plan to host people regularly.

Location is prime no doubt. But be warned, traffic and noise outside can be a lot especially on weekends. Not a big deal for me, but something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

So far so good! Moved in a few months ago. My unit came with smart tech features which are surprisingly useful. There’s still a bit of construction noise in the area but that’s typical for this part of downtown.

Bought as an investment and my unit leased out right away. The tenants seem happy and the location makes it an easy sell should they leave. Lots of new development in the area, long-term value looks promising.

Brand new and you can feel it - the building has a sleek, modern vibe throughout. Amenities are clean and thoughtfully designed. Perfect for professionals who want to live steps from the Entertainment District.

Modern building, poor building management (especially parcel delivery is frustrating), so many water shut-offs, the pool is still not open, although the opening was promised for summer 2024.

New building with nice units, but poor management. Constantly changing parking rules, unreliable elevators, intermittent hot water, and AC issues. Poor service and parcel delivery make this place frustrating to live in.

Great location and appealing design, but management practices could improve. Short notice on water shutoffs and recurring hot water issues disrupt my daily life and raise serious concerns.
