I wasn’t sure what to expect moving into an older mid-rise, but YMP turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The units are generously sized and the construction feels solid - no paper-thin walls here. The area’s quiet with great walking paths nearby. It’s been a really comfortable place to live.

Really sick condo in a prime location at Yonge Street. Spacious units, convenient access to transit and amenities, though traffic noise can be an issue. Good overall.
