Convenient location close to transport and shops but insane maintenance fees. Units are a good size tho and well-designed, but the building is 30 years old. Not bad if you don’t mind the extra costs.

No hyperbole: the location is perfect! Close to parks, transit and great restaurants. The unit is spacious and everyone does their part to make sure this building stays awesome for years to come.

The units are very spacious, but the noise from the street can be annoying, and I don’t suggest going out at night in the area but the pool is great and there is a view of the park

The units are decent sized which is great, but the maintenance fees are ridiculously high. The amenities are dated and the hallways are dark and shared with the hotel next door which isn't ideal. Also, the surrounding area can be quite noisy and sketchy at night.

While the location is convenient and the units are large, the building has many small issues. The high maintenance fees are a major downside, and the amenities are quite outdated. Plus, the noise from the nearby streets can be very annoying.

Building is very large with decent units but it hasn't been maintained and management is inconsistent. I'm being pretty charitable with this review
