Living here has been wonderful. Surrounded by parks, greenery and other everyday conveniences. The building is well-maintained for its age. Close to Yonge/Eglinton and perfect for starting a family in Lawrence Park.

The condo offers good value for the price, but there are some drawbacks. Elevator wait times can be long, especially during peak hours. Maintenance requests take time to be addressed and the gym could use an update. However the units are spacious and the location is so convenient.

Nice midtown location with tree lined streets and a more relaxed pace than downtown. My unit is well laid out and has good light. Only downside is the laundry room is a bit cramped, but overall it’s been a comfortable place to live.
