Nice building, but the community vibe isn’t quite there yet. Feels a bit sterile sometimes. Still the units are modern, the gym is decent and it’s really close to the Distillery.

Moved in last spring and genuinely love it here. The building is quiet, clean and it feels like a hidden gem in the city. Downtown energy without the chaos!

The whole district has a fresh, community-focused feel. There’s even a YMCA just down the street which is a bonus! Elevators are fast and the building’s well kept.

I couldn’t be happier. The finishes in my suite are clean and minimal and the air quality in this area seems noticeably better than in the core.

I bought a unit here pre-con and watched the neighbourhood grow around it. The investment has MORE than paid off. Rents are strong and vacancy’s never been an issue. A+ location for young professionals.

It left a strong impression. The suite was bright, well laid out and overlooked the park. I’ve been condo hunting for a while and this one made the shortlist.

The unit layout is great and I love the massive windows, but noise from Front can be noticeable during rush hour. On the plus side, maintenance is responsive and the whole neighbourhood feels super walkable and safe.

The Canary District feels thoughtfully planned; wide sidewalks, cafes, parks and lots of new development nearby. It’s not just a condo building, it’s a real livable pocket of the city.

Great location with great potential, especially with the planned Relief Line subway, new YMCA, park, and commercial hub near DVP. The area's transformation will make it more balanced and livable compared to other high-density parts of the city.
