One of the things I love most is the sense of community. People tend to stick around here. The maintenance fees are reasonable and the pool and gym are well kept for a building of this age.

Decent for the price, but the age of the building does show in places (especially the hallways and some of the amenities) That said, the unit size is fantastic and property management has been responsive when needed.

I've lived here for several years and the building has held up well. The layouts are bigger than what you typically see in newer condos and I appreciate the green space around the property. It’s quiet and mostly owner-occupied, which adds to the stability.

Visited a few units and was surprised by how much space you get. The kitchens and bedrooms are far larger than what’s offered in newer developments. If you don’t mind something a little dated, it’s a great option.

The maintenance is steady and you’re not paying for excessive amenities. Some cosmetic updates could boost appeal, but structurally it’s sound.

It’s not flashy, but the space and affordability make up for it. I wish there were more modern finishes but you get a lot more square footage than you would downtown for the same price.

Came by to see a friend’s unit - nice layout and the condo seems clean, but elevators were a bit slow and dated. Still, it didn’t feel run-down, just older.

Very nice, well-maintained condo with excellent transit options including TTC, GO, and the upcoming subway extension. Conveniently close to the town center for easy access to everything you need.

Wonderful place to live, close to amenities and TTC bus stop. Quiet, well-maintained building with great management. Clean thanks to the maintenance team. Security provides excellent service, and subway access is nearby.
