Living at Greystone makes commuting easy - close to TTC, GO and not too far from the highway. The area’s convenient for groceries and essentials, the building feels safe overall.

Real community feel. The management team does a good job keeping the building clean and organized. The surrounding area has a lot of conveniences and it’s easy to get downtown by transit.

Affordable rent and big units were the main reasons I chose to live here. The building’s a bit older, so finishes aren’t super modern but overall it’s been a good experience. Close to TTC and shopping, which helps a lot.

After selling my house, I picked this development for its large layouts and amenities. The indoor pool and security staff are both great. Ya it’s not a new building, but it’s very well cared for.

We bought a unit here to rent out. The building’s older so you need to factor in potential upgrades, but our clients like the size of the units and the easy transit access. Good value for Scarborough.

We moved here for the space... two bedrooms.. even a solarium!! Compared to newer condos, you get way more room for the price. The nearby parks and schools were a big draw for us too.
