The location is unbeatable! Right by the lake and close to transit. The units are spacious and the natural light is fantastic. However some amenities feel a bit dated and the building could use some modernization.

Living at Grenadier Landing has been a breath of fresh air, literally. The proximity to the lake means morning jogs with stunning views. The building is well maintained and the community is friendly. While it's not the newest development, the spacious units and serene environment more than make up for it.

The unit is spacious and the view sure is nice. However I encountered some issues with the building's amenities and found the management unresponsive at times. It's a decent place, but there are newer options in the area that might offer better value.

I've been here for several years and it's been a wonderful experience. The community is peaceful and the staff are always helpful. The building's age gives it character and the maintenance is top-notch always. The lake views are a daily delight... I wouldn't trade this location for anything.
