So far the building’s been a smooth experience. Tenant demand is steady thanks to the location and the building management keeps things running well. It ticks all the boxes for convenience.

The unit itself is fine but the noise from the street can be noticeable on lower floors. I’d recommend asking for a higher floor if you’re sensitive to city sounds. Also maintenance is decent but could be quicker with some requests.

Living here puts the subway right at your doorstep which saves *SO* much time on commuting. The building is clean and the staff are always friendly. It’s a solid spot if you want to be close to everything but still feel like you have your own space.

Great location and very decent sized units considering the new buildings coming to market. The entire property is well maintained, but sometimes the hallways feel a little cramped during busy times. Still overall a comfortable place to call home in the heart of the city!

Everyone here is so welcoming, creating a positive, friendly atmosphere. The view from my room is absolutely breathtaking—feels like something straight out of a movie scene, so peaceful and picturesque.
