Grand Triomphe II Condos / Reviews

Great value for the location. The building is tucked just far enough from the main strip to feel private, but still walkable to restaurants, cafes and transit. Units are larger than average for Toronto condos which is a big plus.

This building has held up really well over the years. The units are solidly built; you can tell Tridel put thought into the design. It’s quiet, secure and super convenient - steps from Yonge + Finch with easy subway access.

Spacious units, great location and the amenities are clean and well managed. The indoor pool and gym are rarely overcrowded which is a plus. It’s been a great place to live!

I’m very satisfied. The concierge team is professional and friendly and the maintenance staff are quick to respond. There’s a good community feel and not a lot of noise or chaos like some newer towers.

The area is fantastic, and the building is top-notch, one of the best in the neighbourhood. Great amenities too
