Moved here from a high-rise that felt cold and overcrowded - this is way better. It still has a downtown vibe but without that sterile feel. Friendly concierge, clean amenities and the area has so many restaurants I still haven’t tried them all.

You’re right in the middle of everything - King West, Queen Street and all the parks. The gym is decent and the rooftop pool is a nice touch in the summer. It’s a lively area but the building itself feels calm once you're inside.

Nice building :) My unit was clean and modern when I moved in, and I love the kitchen layout. You get city energy here - sometimes a bit too much, depending on your tolerance for late night street noise.

I have zero trouble keeping it rented. Tenants love the location and newer finishes. Management keeping things in check. The lobby re design a while back made a big difference in curb appeal too.
