I rarely love buildings that are still in their occupancy period, but I do this one. It is next to the fashion district, restaurants/bars, The Well, and transit. Some pros and cons to consider about this building: Pros: - Convenient location - Variety of amenities - Great eastern views - Decent finishes ensuite - Low maintenance fees at $0.64 PSF Cons: - The building is still under its occupancy phase - Some of the amenities are yet to be completed - I suspect that maintenance fees might increase at a higher rate for the first couple of years, as they do in most new buildings
