There’s a real sense of community here, which is rare for condos. People actually say hello in the elevator! Everything is well-run, and even the landscaping around the property is beautiful.

Really nice building overall. The units are spacious and the finishes are timeless. I especially love the rooftop garden - it's a peaceful spot right in the city.

The condo itself is decent, but I feel like it’s showing its age a bit. Some of the common areas could use a refresh. That said, the location is unbeatable and the neighbours are respectful. If you're looking for peace and convenience, it's still a solid choice.

Moved in recently and I’m impressed. The management is responsive and any maintenance requests I’ve made were handled quickly. The amenities are clean and never too crowded!

This place is a hidden gem. May not look flashy from the outside, but the interiors are elegant and classic. It's quiet, close to green spaces and the building is very safe and secure. I’ve lived in a few condos in Toronto and this has been my favourite so far.

I work downtown and being this close to Yonge + Sheppard makes commuting a breeze. The building is modern, quiet and surprisingly affordable for what you get. I love the view from my balcony! Would definitely stay long-term.

Well-managed building with helpful, knowledgeable security. Property management ensures everything runs smoothly. After 3 years here so far it's one of the best condos in North York!

Friendly front desk staff, clean facilities and a great neighborhood with a dog-friendly park. Property management has really done a fantastic job here.
