The suite itself is fine - nothing fancy but functional. Gym decent and the outdoor lounge area was surprisingly nice. One elevator broke twice while I've lived there though, so that was frustrating.

Great location if you’re riding the subway - Wilson Station is literally RIGHT across the street. The rooftop terrace has a nice vibe in the summer. Would recommend for young professionals!

For the price and location it’s hard to beat. Not downtown but it doesn’t feel like the suburbs either. Good mix of residents, mostly young people and couples. No major complaints.

I bought here a couple years ago and it’s been a solid investment. Renters always interested and the units are bright with good layouts. Plus being close to Yorkdale Mall is super convenient.

Not a bad building, but the noise from Wilson can get annoying depending on your unit. Also had some issues with package deliveries going missing. Its staff try, but building management could be more organized.

Buyer beware: this building is deteriorating quickly due to water-damaged balconies. There is a large crack on the wall in parking level P1. Additionally, the garage ramp heating system appears to have electrical shorts, as it is not working or melting snow in two areas. I suggest you take a long walk around the property and look closely before you buy or rent.

I love living here. My unit has a great view of the city skyline and it’s super quiet at night. I work downtown but prefer this area - it's less chaotic and has great transit access. No regrets.

The concierge team has been helpful and the building feels safe. The pool’s smaller than expected, but at least it’s there!!

Be aware of the noise from construction nearby and occasional elevator delays. I also found the garbage chute area got messy on weekends, sort of gross. Wouldn’t rule it out, but definitely room for improvement.

Lived here since 2016—amazing patio, gym, pool, private Urbanas for parties and great amenities like a sushi restaurant and barbershop. Plus it’s minutes from downtown and the subway!

Great community, steps from the subway and major highways. Friendly neighbors, good amenities and helpful staff. Perfect for young families

Living here over a year.. great facilities, Convenient location by the subway. Only downside is limited visitor parking, but still highly recommend!

Best building in North York conveniently located in the middle of everything you could want, and the subway if there is something further. I had seen complaints about the management and the concierge before moving in but so far I've had nothing but good experiences! Maybe the bad reviews are older and its a new company now
